Jason Moses PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, FAAOMPT.

Dr. Moses is the owner and operator of Summit Peak Physical Therapy, PC. He is a Texas native born in Brownsville, TX. He attended Union College in Lincoln, NE, where he graduated with degrees in Psychology and Chemistry in 2003.  He then pursued a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA, where he graduated in June of 2006. He served Loma Linda University and his physical therapy class as President for his entire tenure at Loma Linda. Following his senior year he was granted the Fred B. Moor award in recognition for outstanding clinical performance during his doctoral internship. Upon graduating from Loma Linda, he came back to his home state of Texas and obtained licensure as a physical therapist. 

While at Loma Linda, Dr. Moses developed a passion for orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation. He has concentrated his development in the specialty of manual therapy and manipulation to reduce pain and increase range of motion. Dr. Moses successfully completed a 3-year Fellowship in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy in January of 2017 with the prestigious North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). This Fellowship was specialized in the differential diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic musculoskeletal disorders with an emphasis in the spine.  Dr. Moses is also a Clinical Fellowship Instructor with NAIOMT and enjoys teaching students completing PT school as well as students completing their Fellowship.    

He has also been published in the Journal of Chiropractic Medicine for his paper entitled, Evaluation and Treatment of Trigeminal Symptoms of Cervical Origin after a Motor Vehicle Crash: A Case report with a 9 Month Follow-up. He continues to stay active in clinical research and is currently in the process of submitting another paper for publication.  

  • He was accepted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Therapists (FAAOMPT) in February of 2017.
  • During his Fellowship, he received board certification as an Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapist (COMT), through NAIOMT, in July of 2016.
  • He was credentialed by the American Physical Therapy Association as a board certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in June of 2015.

Although adept and well-versed in all facets of physical therapy, Dr. Moses has focused training and significant experience with patients who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents. His Fellowship provided extensive education in the evaluation and treatment of spinal disc bulges/herniations, pinched nerves, and degeneration of the spine. Dr. Moses utilizes a specialized approach involving sound clinical reasoning, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise, which has led to many successful outcomes.

Dr. Moses is happily married and has one daughter. Apart from his career in physical therapy, he is an avid road cyclist, aficionado of grilling and smoking meat, and accomplished musician.

Ana Ventura

Ana is our certified Medical Office Administrator and graduated from Concorde Career College in Grand Prairie, TX in 2020.  We have been very lucky to have her working with us since then. She assists in translating for our Spanish speaking patients.
