Summit Peak Physical Therapy, PC was founded in January of 2007 by Jason Moses P.T., D.P.T. We are an independent physical therapy clinic owned and operated by a licensed physical therapist in the state of Texas. Summit Peak specializes in general orthopaedic disorders, sports medicine, and strength and conditioning programs specifically designed for each individual.
