Jason P. Moses P.T., D.P.T.

Dr. Moses is the owner and operator of Summit Peak Physical Therapy, PC. He is a Texas native born in Brownsville, TX, and currently residing in south Fort Worth. After graduating from high school, he attended Union College in Lincoln, NE, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry in 2003.  He then pursued a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA, where he graduated in June of 2006. He served Loma Linda University and his physical therapy class as President for his entire tenure at Loma Linda. Following his senior year he was granted the Fred B. Moor award in recognition for outstanding clinical performance during his doctoral internship. Upon graduating from Loma Linda, he came back to his home state of Texas and obtained licensure as a physical therapist. 

While at Loma Linda, Dr. Moses developed a passion for orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation. He has concentrated his development in the specialty of manual therapy and soft tissue mobilization to reduce pain and increase range of motion. Although adept and well-versed in all facets of physical therapy, he has extensive background in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic spinal disorders and pathologies.  Also, as a doctoral intern he successfully developed an examination and treatment plan for Plantar Fasciitis. 

Currently, Dr. Moses is studying for board certification by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is also pursuing board certification as an orthopaedic manual therapist by the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. Dr. Moses is happily married and looks forward to getting an English bulldog and having children. Apart from his career in physical therapy, he is an avid racquetball player and accomplished musician. He sings in a choir, Paradigm Vocal Ensemble, and an acapella mens group, In Unity.

Tania Sias

Tania has come to work with us at the Arlington location as our front desk receptionist and medical assistant. She is currently studying as a Biology major with aspirations to become a physician. Tania also assists in translating with our Spanish speaking patients.
